Before your appointment, please provide us with your information. If your pet has been to another veterinarian in the past please let us know who it was so we can have a record sent to us. It is in your pet's interest to have the complete file provided to us prior to your appointment. This way, our veterinarians will have a medical history of your pet. We will know which vaccines your pet needs and past medical history. If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
